Hello Team and Parents-
I hope this finds you well. The Norcal League has provided your son/daughter with an entire season of fun, safe, organized and exciting racing. As you know this does not happen on its own. Many volunteers help to coordinate each race. As the head of a large organization that promoted a few races each year I can tell you the amount of work needed to provide these races for riders is enormous.
Below is a message from Lang Miller at Norcal. Our next race is deemed Tams “focus race” of the year. This means we need to supply at least 5 volunteers for pre-race setup, race-day help and post race tear down. As you know our team has lots of good buzz around the league with regards to both race conduct and results. As the head coach I find it imperative that your volunteerism matches or exceeds the standards our team has put forth so far. It is also your opportunity to thank the league for all of their hard work and to cheer on your son or daughter.
Please let me know what day you can help and your preferred shift.(I don’t currently have shift time details yet but you can assume that some will start very early) Please email me and cc Blair.
Thanks for your help!
