Tapering the week before a race: If you all are getting out to ride this week, keep them easy and short.  Ideally, do a few short sprints/intervals at about 80 – 90% of your normal effort.  We want to keep our legs fresh for Sunday!  We will have a team ride Wed at 3:00 (NOTE THE EARLY START). We will just take it easy and spin out to Tennessee Valley and practice feedzone handoffs.  If you have any questions about your bike and its readiness, we can go over that Wed as well.
