Christy will be leading a pre-ride at 3:30 on Friday afternoon.  I will be getting to the race early Saturday morning and will lead a ride at 8:00.  Anyone planning to ride today or tomorrow, remember to keep it easy.  Spin on something flat if possible.  Do a couple of short easy intervals 15 – 60 seconds max – IF your legs feel fresh.  This is an another fast, fun course with minimal climbing.  Get a decent night’s sleep Friday!!!
