Hello spinners:

We will be having really intense workout on Friday like we had two weeks ago, only a bit harder. Come prepared with a good snack in your belly, a full water bottle and a layer as it will be raining and chilly in all likelihood.
Come prepared to rock:  blow out your quads and cardio vascular system!

(Since we have a Saturday race the following weekend and many will be pre-riding on Friday afternoon, there will be no spin class on Friday the 18th)
