This coming Sunday, Nov 19, why not spend some time getting to know another trail user group and representing for mtb’ers in the hopes of a future where we can all share more of the same trails in Marin? “@marinbike and the Presidio Riding Club are pleased to announce the 2017 Tails and Tires workshop. Sharing trails means understanding how to safely interact with other users. This is a great way to learn more about equestrians and horses, and gain valuable skills.
Participants will learn:
Horse psychology - how they see and react to approaching objects
How to safely pass a horse
Interactive bike/horse exercises on the trail
Lessons on basic trail etiquette
History of land conservation and resource protection
Equestrians are welcome to bring their horses to desensitize them to bikes.
Attention Students: The workshop is good for 3 hours of community service.

WHEN: Sunday, November 19 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
WHERE: Presidio Riding Club, 901 Bunker Road, Marin Headlands
