Our first speaker of the series will be Dana Williams, owner of Achieve Training and Coaching here in Mill Valley and a National Champion bike racer.

Dana is a certified USA Cycling coach, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a National Team Coach. Dana started out as a top mountain biker in his teens then transitioned to the Canadian National Alpine Ski Team before becoming a top road and criterium racer as a masters competitor here in California. He also began to coach other top cycling athletes and has been doing it for over 10 years. He is the 35-40 Criterium National Champion and has reached the podium in many national level road and criterium  races.

The focus of the first talk will be the all-important aspects of nutrition and hydration in mountain bike training and racing  and how this can help you improve your overall performance.
