Don’t let the Winter weather slow you down. Come join us for our first spin class at Body Kinetics!

This class is a great way to get a 3rd team ride into your weekly training. Run by a certified professional spin instructor, you’ll get a great 1 hour workout while you can socialize and get into the intensity of a great workout, even if the weather is not cooperating.

Bring a water bottle and eat a good snack before the class. Also bring your clip-in shoes or running shoes.
